Create and send invoices in seconds with July’s Payment platform. We offer two options to receive payments.
📤 HOW TO: Send Invoices
You can now manage all your payments from July with a few easy steps.
- Click the “Add New Invoice” button
- Add your phone number
- Confirm you are a US citizen
- Add invoice details
- Include: Company Name, Email, Service Description, Service Amount, and the Due Date Terms
- Click Send!
📈 HOW TO: Withdraw Funds
When your invoice has been paid out, it will appear in the Balance section of the Payments tab. From there, you can easily withdraw the amount into your bank account, PayPal, Venmo, or CashApp.
To withdraw money out of your account:
- Click the withdraw button on the right of the Balance display
- Verify your phone number with our two-factor authentication
- Enter in your address and personal information
- Your social security number is never shared nor stored
- Choose where to withdraw your funds
- If choosing PayPal, or Venmo you’ll be asked to enter your account’s email or phone number
- If choosing bank account, you’ll put in your Account Type, and then enter your Bank Account Number and your Routing Number
- You can save this information as your default payment option
With our invoicing feature, you have two options to receive payments:
1. Zero-fee Invoicing

You can manage all your payments on July, for no additional cost. Just send out an invoice and wait to get paid on the due date of your deal term. Choose our Zero-Fee option and wait till the end of your deal term (Net 30/60/90) to get paid out.

2. Fast Pay → No more Net 30

Want your money as soon as the invoice is approved? No problem. Try our Fast-Pay option. July pays you upfront in exchange for a 2.5% transaction fee. The brands invoicing experience will not be affected.
